Prelude was founded in 2017 by Alex and Will. They worked together at Clever, where they needed to grow their teams. But they quickly found out that the hiring process was broken – the recruiting team was spending over 50% of their time and energy on what they called “Calendar Tetris,” manually scheduling every interview!
